Students in the Fulani-ravaged Enugu State are currently staging a protest to halt the movement of Fulani nomadic pastoralist in the area. Students of Nsukka origin under the auspices of the Federated Association of Nsukka Students (FANS) are currently protesting the invasion of Fulani herdsmen in various communities in Enugu State.
Reports have it that this may not be unconnected to the invasion of the premises of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka by Fulani herdsmen who flooded the area with their cattle to feed on the green grasses.
