The footballer who has spent the entire season on loan at Queens Park Rangers, was taken to hospital in a neck brace after the accident in his Mercedes on Sunday.
Photos which was shared on Instagram shows the extent of the damage to Konchesky's sports car, with his Mercedes seriously damaged following the incident.

The former Liverpool left back, who won two England caps, was taken to a nearby hospital but he miraculously escaped 'with a few cuts and bruises'.
Konchesky was released from hospital and returned home to his wife and two children - Tilly and Jimmy, and he later posted a video following the incident on his Instagram account.
He posted: "WOW!!!!! What a day!!! But least I'm home now to my family and these 2 putting a smile back on my face! #lucky #man."
And the London-born footballer's wife, Lynzy Konchesky, was also counting her blessings following the scare at the weekend.
She posted images on Instagram of the footballer wearing a neck brace and his damaged car and captioned her post: "Well what a day.... Someone up there was watching over my hubby today, maybe my uncle Dave.
"He has walked away from a&e after this bad car crash today with a few cuts and bruises, no broken bones it's a miracle. Get well soon @paulkonch love u."
Konchesky has enjoyed a successful career in football and has also represented Charlton, Tottenham, West Ham, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and Leicester City.
