Watch the Breathtaking Moment Woman Fights Off Armed Carjackers (Video)

Car jacking victim, Jasmine Warren

In a breathtaking footage that has gone viral online, a brave woman is seen fighting off two armed carjackers as they attempt to snatch her car. The young Atlanta woman seen fighting off two carjackers in a pulse-pounding video says that she forgives the pair and wants to help them.

Jasmine Warren, 25,  was leaving a convenience store at an Exxon gas station at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night when she stopped for a simple act of kindness by giving a homeless man a little money and was attacked by two carjackers.

"I could have been killed,"
Warren told

The frightening event was caught on surveillance cameras. In it, one of the hooded thieves was shown brandishing a gun and they got her keys.

As they tried to take off, the 25-year-old actually got the driver door open and dragged one of the carjackers out. She was hit in the face but clung to the door as the car began to move.

"My adrenaline was rushing that much for me not to be concerned. I was more so concerned with stopping the driver from taking my car," she said.

In the near two-minute encounter, one of the men got her off the car and then got out himself, pulling a gun on her.

"I was very scared he had a gun," she admitted. "There was a gun pointed at me several times."
That was when Warren decided not to take any more chances and ran back into the store to get help.

"I will use my strength to fight back," she said. "I did cross my mind to give up but I was like 'No, I don't want to do that. I can't do that.' There was something egging me to keep doing this."

The suspects eventually left the car and ran off. they have not been caught.

Perhaps due to Warren's work with troubled teens in Atlanta, the brave woman also has a forgiving heart.

Addressing her attackers, she declared: "I am mad that you would want to rob from me, but I would definitely like to actually help them. I forgave them when it happened. I forgive them."

Police are working on coming up with a detailed description of the men.
