Commuters on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway have been on a standstill since 4am today. The reason for the serious traffic gridlock is attributed to a fallen petrol tanker. Passengers who are caught up in the traffic say both sides of the major expressway is blocked. More photos after the cut..
