Some gunmen have caused utter chaos in a Lagos-Ogun border community after they stormed the area to unleash horror on landlords. Up to nine landlords have been kidnapped by some armed men at Isheri, Ogun State.
The incident occurred on Saturday, September 17.
Isheri is just a kilometer from Lagos.
The Nation reports that the landlords were having a routine exercise beside Lekki Gardens Estate when the gang struck.
Lagos and Ogun State Governments as well as the Nigeria Police are yet to comment on the development.
The incident occured less than a week after the Police paraded pipeline vandals and kidnappers who fled Lagos following raid on their hideouts by operatives of federal government’s Joint Military Task Force.
