This is a risky act by a motorcyclist in the North-east part of Nigeria with sketchy reports about the circumstances behind the action. Nine residents of Borno State in an unspecified location in the area ridiculously mounted a motorcycle against the safety regulations of road usage.
Top commenters called this action an indictment to the Federal Road Safety Service Corp constitutionally set up to check this excesses.
