The Edo State gubernatorial election slated for tomorrow has attracted the attention of the outside world with foreigners traveling into the country for observation. In order to foster peace and security of lives and properties in the state, observers from the European Union, United Kingdom and the Consulate General of U.S embassy today held a crucial meeting with the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Samuel Adegbuyi at his office.
The election is expected to be a keen contest between Godwin Obaseki of the All Progressives Congress and Pastor Osagie Iyze Iyamu of the People's Democratic Party.
It is widely speculated that the result of tomorrow's election - 28th of September may determine the fate of the parties in Ondo State on the 26th of November where Rotimi Akeredolu (APC) will be slugging it out with Eyitayo Jegede (PDP).
