A new photo of the gallant Nigerian soldier who lost his life while fighting the battle against insurgency, has emerged. Lt. Col. Abu Ali was a Nigerian soldier who is renowned to be one of the most valiant military officer in the fight against insurgency.
The army officer was sadly killed by the deadly Boko Haram group over the past weekend, sending the nation into shock.
Abu, commanding officer of the 272 Task Force Tank Battalion, died at about 10:00pm on Friday, when suspected insurgents attacked the 119 Battalion Nigerian army location at Mallam Fatori, northern Borno state.
A new photo of the man has surfaced online showing him with his daughter.

This new photo of Abu has further sent many Nigerians into a mourning mood with many reiterating that "left too soon, leaving his baby behind."
