Beyoncé surprises high school cancer patient with a Facetime call (Video)

A senior high school cancer patient who says one of her dreams was to meet Beyoncé was given a memory she'll remember for the rest of her life. Ebony Banks who is battling stage four cancer was recently reached through a FaceTime call by Beyoncé after her friends launched a social media campaign using the hashtag #EBOBMEETSBEYONCE to make her wish come true. In the video, the ailing student said: 'I love you Beyoncé,' while Beyoncé waved back and replied, 'I love you.' Watch the heartwarming video below...

Banks — who attends Alief Hastings High School in Houston, Texas — has spent most of her senior year at MD Anderson Cancer Center fighting a rare stage four cancer, according to KIAH, a local news station. Earlier this month, the school district held a special early graduation ceremony for Banks, whose nickname is “Ebob,” in the hospital. And as the ultimate graduation present, Banks’ friends and classmates created the hashtag #EBOBMEETSBEYONCE on social media so that she could meet with Beyoncé in an effort to help make one of her biggest dreams come true."
