Indecent exposure: Woman exposes her male neighbour who constantly mast*rbates in her presence

 A woman reached out to a friend with these photos, crying out about her male neighbour named Emmanuel, who constantly harasses her in their compound. He waits for her to come home from work, opens the door to his apartment which is opposite hers and indecently exposes himself by mast*rbating his penis directly in front of her.
