The battle between KCee and Harrysong, which many people assumed was over, has been reignited after the Limpopo singer filed a lawsuit against Harrysong and their former manager.
The battle between former friends and label mates, Harrysong and KCee has been re-ignited once again months after denials by both parties as Harrysong finally walked away from his erstwhile label, Five Star Music, owned by KCee and his brother E-Money.
Last night, Harrysong took to his Instagram page and revealed that KCee has made good his threat of suing him to court by taking out an affidavit that seeks to ‘enforce his fundamental human rights’.
Harrysong who has opened a new record label, Alterplate, fired back at KCee on Instagram, dismissing him as an enemy trying to hold him back by all means.
Here's a copy a lawsuit KCee filed against Harrysong and their former manager, Soso Soberekon as well as what Harrysong wrote after the documents.
"I have never seen where a lady is gang raped and beaten up mercilessly and at same time asked not to cry. Even though you and I know you offended me, I listened to the voice of elders and appologized to you despite all the opression, yet my success causes you running stomach.
"And to my fans out there, please brace up for impact, since they have decided to hold us down by all means, We are ready to prove them wrong by all means..., less I forget, help me ask them, what is my crime this time? #ArabankoDropsTomorrow #altersoldiers #alterlovers #alterbase1 ."
