The picture in question
Social media users have been using the picture to mirror the animosity between President Muhammadu Buhari and Senate President Bukola Saraki due to political interests. The joint session of the Red and Green Chambers was divided between the lawmakers of the major political parties, All Progressives Congress and Peoples Democratic Party as Buhari presented the 2018 national budget.
Saraki was spotted on camera looking unhappy and disinterested as Buhari addressed the lawmakers amid cheers and jeers.
Some netizens are trying to make an issue of out of the seemingly harmless picture.
It would be recalled that Saraki and Buhari have always maintained a rat and cat relationship since the year 2015.
