Mega-Rich Boxer Causes Stir After Throwing Away $50,000

Boxer, Floyd Mayweather

People have been left in a state of shock after a stupendously rich boxer was seen on tape throwing away $50,000. Popular boxer, Floyd Mayweather caused a stir after he was caught on tape throwing away almost  $50,000 in an Atlantic City strip club, according to  The Sun.

Mayweather, who is in talks with Conor McGregor over a mega-money rematch, was caught on camera enjoying some time out at the Scores Atlantic City.

TMZ Sports  reported that  Mayweather  threw away over the money  in the strip club joint – much to the surprise of the stunned onlookers.

The 41-year-old walked in and was seen throwing wads of cash up in the air from his backpack.

TMZ Sports claimed  that the multi-millionaire threw so much cash around that the cleaning staff found dollar bills stuck in the ceiling air vents and furniture the next morning.

According to The Inquisitr, Mayweather showed more generosity to his friends earlier the same night. He reportedly took several people out to dinner at Robert’s Steakhouse and spent lots of money on booze, though he  doesn’t drink. He didn’t partake at all, but he paid $5,000 for a bottle of Louis XIII Cognac for his friends to share.

Widely known as Floyd “Money” Mayweather for his ability to make money, he apparently has developed quite a talent for spending it as well. The boxer took to Instagram not long ago to show off some of his latest purchases.

Floyd’s father, Mayweather Sr, revealed on Saturday  that both his son and  McGregor are back in talks for a rematch to their 2017 boxing match in Las Vegas.

“They are talking like him and Conor McGregory are going to fight.

That’s what it sounds like. I don’t know for sure but I’m just saying the way things are sounding to me.

“It sounds like he (my son) wants to fight again,” Mayweather Sr told Yee Sports.

“He’ll fight again and show people what he can do, which is nothing. I’m going to make sure this time he is stretched out.

“All the way out of the game. I’m going to make sure he don’t come back no more.”
